This website is made on WordPress, we process our payments through Woocommerce using Stripe and  Paypal. We do not save billing information, we do have to have your name and address in order to ship you your products, but there is no need on our ends to amass a database of contact information, we’re just too small for that to be a concern.

The Privacy Policies of Woocommerce (powered by automatic), Stripe, and Paypal are worth reviewing if you’d like to know more details about how your financial and personal data is handled during purchases.

What we collect and store

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

• Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
• Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
• Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. At this time this is myself (Colin Hamilton), my wife, and at the time of this writing we have a webmaster who helps us with this website.

Products, Warranties, Liability

Our products are hand crafted art pieces. Our gate hard ware (hinges, latches) are forged to be incredibly strong and should last a lifetime, if there are problems with our products that you’ve purchased, please email us through our contact form to determine what can be done about that. There is nothing inherently dangerous about any of our products, but by purchasing items from this website, you agree to these terms including not to hold us responsible or liable should an unforeseeable injury or death occur from our art pieces or gate hardware.
