Project Details

These driveway gates are part of a large project that includes 215 feet of fencing, double saloon gates, and two pedestrian gates. All the material is salvaged, hand split red cedar, and the gates are constructed with mortise and tenon joinery. The custon hardware was made by Thistle Rock Forge on Salt Spring Island. This project encloses a large portion of a forested property, creating protection from the foraging deer.
