At Thuja Wood Art, we salvage old growth western red cedar and use the traditional way of splitting it by hand to create custom furniture, gates, garden structures, signs and sculptures. Each artifact is ‘one of a kind’, constructed using mortise and tenon joinery and finished with natural oils. Thuja Wood Art can help design and build functional art into your home and garden.
Sustainable Design
To reduce environmental impact Thuja Wood Art uses reclaimed and recycled Western Red Cedar that we salvage as driftwood from beaches around the Salish Sea.
