A free standing trellis for a climbing rose made from reclaimed, hand split red cedar.  This trellis has been installed using a metal saddle imbedded into concrete to keep the supporting post dry throughout the winter.

A small deck beside the pond is enhanced by this arbour, which will eventually support a grape vine to create shade and an intimate place for relaxing.  Hand split, reclaimed cedar posts and rails are left rough to show off the natural curves and unique shapes of the wood.
